Refunds for Digital Products and Virtual Services
Due to the nature of our offerings, we do not provide refunds for:
- Digital downloads (e.g. seasonal guides, palettes, or makeup edits)
- Virtual colour consultations (photo-based assessments)
Once purchased, you gain access to proprietary styling content and/or personalised services. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable, even in the event of:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- Dissatisfaction with subjective results
- Selecting the incorrect product
Please ensure you read each product description carefully and feel free to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions.
Exceptions
If a technical issue prevents you from accessing a purchased product or receiving your analysis (e.g. download fails, email is undelivered), please contact amanda@artofstyle.com.au. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure you receive what you paid for.
Delivery Timeframes for Virtual Consultations
While most virtual colour consultations are completed within 3 business days of receiving the required materials, we ask that you allow up to 7 business days in case of technical issues, email delays, or data errors. Results are based on submitted photos and completed questionnaires. Refunds will not be issued due to disagreement with the analysis result.
